My brother celebrate his 33 years birthday at Java Bleu restaurant, the french restaurant location at Fatmawati ,D’Best supermarket area. Place is cozy but too small for restaurant who has many customers. The owner is native french, name Mr.Antoine.
Before visit that resto i ask Mr Antoine to cook custom meals for us!
We ask him for Foie Gras and Lobster. I love Foie Gras and knew that stuff when i ate on Sriwijaya , Dharmawangsa Hotel. I think Sriwijaya is the most expensive french restaurant in Jakarta i ever know.
And Mr Antoine of Java Bleu accept my challange and also the lobster. But for lobster i little bit confuse about the way he cooked, so different with my imagination, to do the pan seared. He cooked with white wine and spinach and little bit mustard and honey , i think. But the taste is really good for cheap and excellent cooking.
On his birthday my brother so happy, and he choose another menu already prepared by Java Bleu such as Escargot, Quiche Lorraine, Pork Tenderloin , Mushroom Soup, the mushroom so fresh, feel crunchy when you bit it ! Ok for satisfy your taste here i give the pictures also the billing for you….
